    JA Pollock Property Consultants was established by Jim Pollock in March 1997 to provide property advice to the local companies.  Having been employed by Livingston Development Corporation in a number of senior positions for almost 30 years he had developed a close working relationship with the business community in West Lothian.

    The business expanded through the addition of Graeme Pollock in 1998 and John Dunsmore in 2003, becoming a Limited Company in 2015.

    As a firm we provide assistance in the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of all types of non-residential property to the extent we have provided services to most of the major property developers in the area.  Being a small niche firm there are certain services we do not offer e.g. Red Book Valuations, Property Management and building Surveying but through long established relationships with firms, we can put in place a full package of services.
